I think this group understands that Bustle was given a lot of time to turn things around and he did that. Many people won't agree with that but he made .500 unacceptable and while we didn't have as much success in the SBC as we would have liked, he did what you want each coach to do and that's lead your program with class and leave it in better hands than what he received it. I appreciate coach Bustle and his staff and I wish them the very best.

Yep, and thanks to the players for winning this one for the university. Babb and Fenroy rained on ULM's parade in 2005. I didn't think we would pull it off this time. Interesting that a blocked PAT was the difference, given that kick blocks will be one of the hallmarks of the Bustle era.

Really? Come on man, Bustle was gone after the WKU game. It judt became official last night.

Next HC will be Hudspeth or at least I hope that is who we hire. If not him the Hoglorson of OSU.

just as i will always be grateful and thankful to jim mora for showing the saints how to be winners, i will always be grateful to rb for pulling this team up from the very bottom of the heap and putting this program in a position where it has become unacceptable to us fans to have merely a .500 season. contrary to the belief of other fans around the state, we are not at all satisfied with mediocrity. unfortunately for us, and for bustle, mediocrity seemed to be the best he could offer. good luck to you and yours, rb. i sincerely wish you the best. now, geaux cajuns!!

Bustle left this program 500% better than when he arrived. The program has secured a level that with a new approach there is little reason not to push the UL football ceiling much much higher. I believe as we raise the stakes and take greater risks we will achieve desperately sought after success... and Bustle will be credited with providing many of the building blocks that helped that happen.
