The fact that we have 4 pages of "stuff" talking about hiring an ex high school coach is almost as scary as the notion that someone thinks we should hire an ex high school coach for our future position. I'm not sure which is more absurd but it is humorous.

I agree Icitsh Orgeron has no chance. Way overrated, good recruiter, but not a head coach. Leach would be great-long shot. Money is always bottom line on who they can get. Maybe a few lessons in Economics on Risk/Reward. No agenda here Cajunhawk, just know how good Dauterive is. But you dont have to take my word for it, ask around and get back to me. Oh and your Suck it comment, i want a meal not a snack.

The last month has been one of the most entertaining times on this board. I'm just surprised a Louie Cook thread hasn't started. Because it is all but set in stone that Cook will be the next coach

From what I understand, he did this last year. David Walker was just not interested in taking a chance with the possible legal issues he had potentially lingering around him and he didn't want to take that chance and I don't blame him but I sure was hoping it would happen. If we didn't want to pull the trigger last year for the reasons that were stated amongst others, why would we do it this year? There never was a chance in us hiring him.
