Amazing! If he would have been a coach who happened to be black, he would be a hero by the remarks he made. I have no IDEA who Larry Dauterive is, and I don't know if he would be a good coach for college. However, our country is so PC now. The man felt a roll as a "father figure" to these kids, and now being branded a rascist. I don't know all the facts, but I respect any human being, no matter which race, who tries to make kids (black, white, yellow, brown, pink, red) strive for the best!

I don't know all the facts, but this looks like a mans career is crashing, due to PC. JMO

He's a great coach, person, and recruiter. You'll hear more about him as things transpire. He was definately singled out. A school board member was out to get him so he could move in a family member. Every coach in La fears him, (college and high school). We would be lucky to get him.

Boy talk about a guy getting around---Starting I think at Fatima to insurance agent--La Tech--Opelousas High---Pro Ball---Lafayette High--East St. John--obviously not in that order but a great guy---Ironically Indest reminds me of Larry---Wouldn't be bad to have both on the staff with Bebe!!!!!
