I, as well as numerous others, have known Coach Dauterive for many years, and know him to be a man of character. Without a doubt, his accurate, but non pc comments were his undoing. I would be more than proud to have a person of his caliber as coach. As much as I do like Coach Bustle; the time has come.

Don't think that because he might end up at St Martinville meaning he isn't qualified to coach at UL. He might end up there because he is good friends with Carrol D, the AD at SMSH. The best coaches in this state have all worked together at various schools. Clock, Dautrieve, Crochet, Indest, and the list goes on for a while.

Boomer, if you know Bebe personally and you want him to coach here as bad as I do, you may want to try to talk him down on his asking price. I think he wants to be paid very close to what he is making at USC. Which is close to 1 million per season. We can't swing that. $500k maybe, but $1M now way.
