Best of luck Donna. If anyone is a tough competitor, she is. And I think that softball team is full of tough competitors. _

You need to get out more. Joe Brignac and his daughter were on the LSU sideline last week for an unofficial recruiting visit.

Well, then he has changed his tune. Thanks for the update, I'm sure he and you enjoyed the game. Now what exactly are you doing on a Cajun board? Oh, I forgot because you are a Cajun fan too?

Well said, and as with every story there are two sides. The truth is usually somewhere between those two sides.

I am disappointed that Donna is leaving, i hope all goes well for her.

No buddy, since your time off is spent tracking softball recruits for that mess on the wrong side of the river, YOU need to get out more.

If that is the case, Mr. Brignac and his younger daughter must be glutton for punishment. Because it seems The RAGIN CAJUNS own lsu anytime the regional is in Baton Rouge!

    GEAUX UL!

Be on the lookout for Brignac's younger sister to end up somewhere besides UL, most likely LSU. Old Man Brignac aint too happy with the Lotief's either. _
When you have personal conversations with Mr. Brignac about his daughters and their coaches (so you can do him a solid and post it on a message board later), do you call him Old Man Brignac? You guys must be tight.

Just heard from a reliable source that it was definitely an issue with the coaching staff.

I liked watching Donna play and she will be missed.

Memo, your reliable source is either going to tell you one side or the other. Unfortunately this program has lost a good athlete and student. Everything else really doesn't matter at this point because for every complaint or allegation stated by either the Staff or Donna, there will be others who will rebutt it. This didn't get resolved in-house, its time to move on. There is enough blame to go around on this matter.

I am just stating what I heard. I didn't say the coaching staff did anything wrong.

It is a shame this didn't get sorted in house and I really would have like to have seen Donna finish her career here. She already had some great numbers and a senior season would have put her into legendary status in my opinion.

So are you saying Donna B. leaving the team had something to do with other players on the team?
