Coach Bustle and Jon VanCleave

Well since coach Bustle has placed at least 5 very different style quarterbacks in the NFL, I absolutly must go with his judgement.

If he sees something in Jon Van Cleave, who am I to say do something just because I don't see it.

If and when and IF coach Bustle sees fit to make a change at QB I will back him 100%. If he stays put I back him 95%.

I think to stay with JVC, Coach will have to make more adjustments to the offense than he seemed willing to during the season. IMHO, It appears that this type offense needs a mobile QB. I think that is why ER was more successfull than JVC, not because he is a better QB but because his talents are more towards that style than JVC. For Jon to remain the starter and be successfull the offense needs to be adjusted to his talents (more of a dropback style). Is the coaching staff willing to do that? Should they do that? I do not know. I think it will be very interesting to see Babb lead the opposing offense in the Red-White game this spring. Whoever wins the job will deserve it and hopefully led the Cajuns to New Orleans next December.
