It would have been nice if they had made some noise with some wins a few of the first 9 games this season

UL will never make noise with wins until it plays noisy.

Question. In your opinion, IF Bustle wins the last 3 games and finishes 5-7, given the extraordinary number of key injuries this year, given that he has one year left on his contract, given that we may decide to hire an AD before we hire anther football coach, and given the serious time crunch involved with the recruiting deadline just 3 months away and not wanting to seriously hamper the recruiting efforts of a new coach with a late hire, is there ANY POSSIBILITY that UL will allow Bustle (under those conditions) to remain another year? Just looking for some confidence that UL will not continue operating under a silencer with yet another year of failing to make the noise of which you speak.

Oh, maybe if we didn't schedule 2 SEC schools and 1 big 12 school our injuries might be minimal! _
These injuries happen year after year. Maybe not this much but it happens more than it should. Obviously injuries are apart of the game but it's starting to get ridiculous

Bustle will not be here regardless of what he does from here on out. His tenure as the coach at UL ended when he lost to WKU.

    Are you sure?

I thought it was the three year investigation of the 2007 season finally wrapping up.
