Woo-hoo! I'm #2!!! (at least for this week! lol)

On to the Tech game: I can't believe Tech only attempted 2 passes in the first quarter (and those in the final minute!). Moats is a fantastic runner. We're going to have to gang-tackle him each & every play or he will burn us big-time. After seeing the way Johnese ripped us, I am very concerned. I don't think Moats is quite as strong as Johnese, but he is much quicker at changing directions. While some of the talk on ESPN comparing him to Barry Sanders may be a bit premature, he does possess some of those Barry-like qualities. Tech's passing game on the other hand does not scare me as much as in the past. Still they are dangerous. We need to be able to pressure the QB regularly, especially on passing downs. Tech's defensive improvement today was pretty dramatic. I'm just wondering if it was really that big or if the new DC was great with smoke & mirrors. lol! I think we'll give Tech the best game we've given them in a few years, but we may come out on the short end. I do think we have a real chance in this game and, if we get (make) the right breaks, we can come out on top.
