    McMurtry comes to Siena from Louisiana-Lafayette, where he served as administrative assistant last season after playing for the Ragin' Cajuns for three years on the diamond. McMurtry gained valuable experience working with all aspects of Louisiana Lafayette's nationally renowned program in 2004. A 2002 graduate of Louisana-Lafayette with a degree in general studies, McMurtry was twice named to the Sun Belt All-Academic Team and was a finalist for the University's overall Graduate of the Year award following his senior season. At Siena, McMurtry is responsible for recruiting and will oversee Siena's young and talented pitching corps.
