Unbelievable what losing to an 0-26 team can do to a fan base...

Unbelievable what losing to an 0-26 team can do to a fan base...
After reading all the posts in this thread we have hit rock bottom.
Read the whole thing.
So, what do you think? Not much fun getting berated and insulted by someone you don't know, has never met you, knows nothing about you. Can you take it? After all, you are a MAN.
Do you get it yet? Have you put yourself in Bernard Smith's and Grant Fleming's shoes yet? Here is someone I (speaking now as Bernard or Grant) don't know, doesn't know what my work regimen is, doesn't see the amount of time I spend in the weight room, studying my playbook, doing my schoolwork, practicing for games, and he wants to insult me in front of my peers and my parents? Does this old fool think I'm too stupid to not know what is going on? Who the...is he to be talking to me that way? (I'm going to stop now because all this is doing is making me angry).
As you can see from the words I used above, no profanity, but designed to be hurtful. Do I mean them? Of course not. That would make me as bad as what I'm arguing against. But remember, once the words are out there, they're gone, you can't get them back. You can apologize as much as you want (and cjr is not doing so), but they have done their damage.
There are ways to motivate and encourage players without insulting them. And it's not about "babying" them either. CJR, what you did and the way you did it was wrong. If you take the time to think of an intelligent way to get your point across, you may find you'll get better results than by belittling and ridiculing the players. But if you want to come here and seek justification for your actions, you won't get them from me, nor will those who support you (that would be you, scotto).
I'm not supporting anyone's case here. It's life dude. It happens everyday in every environment imaginable. Now open your eyes to it and quit your titty baby crying lictits!
Let me respond to your post with some interesting comments I just read (with some grammatical corrections, of course):
"There you go, that's the main problem with this fanbase. HOW DARE SOMEONE HAVE AN OPINION THAT YOU DON'T AGREE WITH. When someone speaks their opinion in regards to anything with this university that goes against the norm, they are not needed. We are all people and we all have opinions. We will never agree on everything. I have been through the entire thread, took everyone's opinions, and discussed the situation, which is the purpose of a message board."
Interesting comments, but somehow I don't think you would ever be able to understand them.
...
Darn....we have the cops involved...UGH...
The cop didn't really get involved. He was already standing by the bench and just smiled and motioned with his hand. The only time a cop (actually 4 of them) were involved in my area was last year when a fan called them because I was standing and cheering during the K-State game and he thought I should be sitting the whole time.
So you were partaking in some hollering...'Get your head in the game!' 'Come on guys!' 'This is the worst team in the country!' That sort of thing? And then the first time you singled out someone, was Bernard Smith because he tried to get back at someone who had just punked him? When did that happen?
Just trying to figure out the chain of events before passing judgement...
