Hockey season is here again. Frozen chomp is on its' way to the Power Plant to see the great rivals duke it out. Tonight the IceGators take on the Mississippi Surge in hopefully a thrilling opening night. Last season the Surge beat the Gators in the home opener in Blackham so revenge is on the mind of IceGators fans. The Surge also beat the Gators in the preseason exhibition game, but this game will have a different feel due to the return of key players for both teams that sat out the preseason matchup.
