LOUISIANA La. — The University of Louisiana will hold a reception for new menīs basketball coach Robert Lee from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 17 in the Vermillion Room of the Cajundome.

The meet-and-greet is free and open to the public. Lee and his new staff will be on hand to visit with all Cajuns fans.

Free food and beverages will be available, as well as menīs basketball season ticket giveaways.

Lee becomes the 12th coach in school history. A nine-year veteran of the UL staff, Lee came to UL Lafayette prior to the 1996-97 season after one of the most successful high school careers in the Acadiana area during the 1990s.

The native of New Roads joined the Cajuns program during the summer of 1996 after serving for four years as head coach at Opelousas High School.
