NFL Hall of Famer Rickey Jackson was a no-show for the 62nd Annual Cattle Festival in Abbeville and on Sunday, Festival President Francis Plaisance learned why.

A friend sent Plaisance an E-mail with an article attached to it. The article was featured in The Mississippi Press Newspaper in Pascagoula, Miss. Sunday morning.
