I just changed Chester Johnson's name to Chester Boudreaux. They didnt pronounce Boudreaux at all. They just called him #25.

  2. UL Football what level of difficulty are you guys that are beating KState using

I played with the cajuns on NCAA 2004, on all-american difficulty, and it took 3 seasons of losing and recruiting solid classes to be able to compete with the big boys. In my 5th season the cajuns were invited into the SEC (Vanderbilt moved to Sunbelt) and in 6th and 7th seasons won sec title and in 8th season won national title. I stayed with the cajuns a couple more years of 1 loss seasons winning SEC and finishing in top 3 nationally. I then moved on to my alma matter in real life, University of Florida, and attempted to resurrect the program that had fallen on very hard times somehow. In 11th season, went to mediocre bowl game and 12th season won SEC and ranked in top 10. The cajuns were riddled with injuries in my 12th season and I was able to knock them off in battle for SEC East crown while they were forced to use the punter as quarterback (3 quarterbacks out for several weeks). I will not play another season with NCAA 2004, but the cajuns are pre-season ranked 1 for the 13th season.

Yes I do have a life and i sometimes don't play the game for a month at a time, but it is pretty addictive and I used the game for the entire year I had it.

I don't see how you guys are beating up on KState in your first season where the cajuns are going to be lowly rated.

If you are playing on low level, you are missing out on the fun and the challenge of building program.

Did anyone notice the historic teams, more specifically, the lack of a historic or all time Cajuns team? Just wondering who you think should be on the alltime Ragin Cajuns squad.

Jake, Stokley, Brian Mitchell, Tillman, Orlando Thomas, Mason, Ike Taylor....

just finished my first season with ul on the all american diffuculty level. Iwent 12-0 beating southern miss in the new orleans bowl. by far the hardest regular season game was middle tennesse. i beat them on a last second field goal. In the nerw orleans bowl jerry tore his acl in the secong quarter but luke stepped in and pulled out a fourteen to ten victory for me. Just finished recruiting and was able to get the tenth best class in the nation.

Can someone describe what our field looks like? And are there any differences in Cajun Field form last year?

I am about to buy a keyboard adapter for my XBox. Does any one know if the keyboard will work with 2005. I specifically want it to input players names.

hey big earl u need to run the ball and use alot of playaction when u use the play action and the run you will start getting people to creep up now you will be able to burn them deep on post routes and crossing patterns i have found short routes are not our strenghts u need to let them run under and get to ball try running reads dives and the best run play by far is the counter on defense stick with the four three alternating blitzes good cover schemes are the quarters out of the 425 and double outs out of nickel the safe bet is always any cover 2 hope this will help u

Is it just me or is pretty much everyone on our team underrated? I think Babb is a little overrated and Brown is about right. Other than that, I think everyone is rated fairly low. For example, Cox is rated 62. Come on, he is one of the better lineman in our conference if not in all of college. I'm not saying our team should rated extremely high, but I think we need an overhaul.

I can't speak for individual players, but It's not just you I purchaced both the 2004 and 2005 manuals and the rankings have dropped for every "overall" postition except Defensive Back.

How the overall dropped by only 1, I do not know.

I personally feel like our OL and RB are the most inaccurate. LB is also a bit underrated. I got the roster file from ps2rosters.com and I have made some adjustments to our team. If any of you have an X-Port or a Shark port I can email or post the file for you to download. I bought one a year ago for about $24.99 at Best Buy for the sole purpose of downloading rosters for NCAA. It really comes in handy at this time of the year!
