_ he's only a good runner when he has a huge hole to run in like in the stAte game. other than that one run I haven't seen him do anything above average in the running game to make me think he is. Don't get me wrong i think he is probably the better passer, but when you toss the ball on an option play when the defender is 4 yards away and the RB gets knocked for a 5 yd loss or when he slides a yard short of the 1st down marker when the team is 2 tds behind and need to keep the drive alive..... that shows me he isn't aware of what he's doing when he has to move his feet past the line of scrimmage. that's just how i feel though. if we were running a pure spread offense masson would probably a perfect fit, but that isn't the case much to the chagrin of our coaching staff. _
