Even WKU is competitive and UNT just beat FAU. The OSU game on national tv is now very scary. They put up 65 on Tulsa. What will they do to us? Just another embarrasing moment in UL football history for the whole country to see. How much of this crap do we have to take? Nine years and counting. Bowl or bust this year. How about BUST already? _

I am not looking forward to the OK State game. As a matter of fact, I'm debating even going. I'm debating even watching it on T.V. at this point. I think I'd rather be getting flogged in a 3rd world country or something

Can you imagine what attendance will be after this debacle? We only got 17,000 for a winnable game vs. the #1 picked team in the SBC. Whether or not we beat UNT will not matter to this crowd. We will be lucky to get 15,000 on national tv with the camera constantly panning the empty student side. I will be watching with friends of mine who are OSU alums. I now dread my committment to do so. Unfortunately, this game could be the most embarrassing moment in UL football history from attendance to performance to score and we've certainly had our share. The only positive is that I have Justin Blackmon on my fantasy team and he's going to lay the groundwork for a really good fantasy week.

My opinion is that sometimes, and it's not often, the players do well despite the coaching. Heroic acts by infantry. It may win a battle or two, but never the war.

I think we'll regroup and play lights out at UNT and come away with a decisive win. Then we'll see if this team is capable of putting two good performances in a row together. We'll need our best effort to keep it close against OSU.
