I got emails from the Alumni Association, Athletic Department, and from Shivaun Betrand at the ticket office.
Good job by the University to promote to fans to show up.

I hope this is the first step of many more to come by the athletic department to reach out in a more personal way to the alumni, fans, and friends. Now it's is our chance to show our appreciation and place over 25K + screaming fans in the Swamp. Geaux Cajuns!
I got a call from a person who is part of a new ticket drive operation today. His name was Matt Casbon (i assume the ex-baseball player), he stated he and other like himself will be assigned to different season ticket holders and make sure we are reminded for renewal, maybe suggest buying more tickets, or he can just be a go to guy for information. He told me my basketball season tickets have already been processed and he wanted to know if I wanted another because there was a seat available next to me. He also said that he plans to come by my seat at some time to met me. Very professional and I almost bought another season ticket even though I did not need another.
Matt Casbon
Ex baseball player and damn good guy.
This is great! I was so shocked to her from the university. Matt is a great guy! Took classes with Matt and he is a great person to represent UL athletics.

I'm assuming this is part of the new company the athletic dept is using to manage season tickets/renewals/reminders. It was talked about at the RCAF stop last week.
