Announcement on ESPN... “Cajuns and Oklahoma State hook up Friday night at Tabasco Field, in Lafayette, Louisiana....” A nation wide, world wide audience..

Tabasco could afford to make a major contribution toward upgrading Cajun Field, don’t we have 3 home games televised?? All free advertising for Tabasco.. With their financial help we could improve the stadium and possibly move up to C-usa..

How about a new, single, improved logo? Maybe one without all the colors, one without the 's on Louisiana, one in Tabasco red and white with a touch of black on the fleur de lis, TABASCO on our stadium instead of Cajun Field, immediate name recognition and association with a world-wide product, significant funding that might speed up the football stadium enlargement and enhancements, and on the heels of all of that, a greater following from around Acadiana, improved attendance and funding, recognition of our program on a national level that warrants admittance into a better conference which gives us better exposure which is why Tabasco is investing in UL to begin with. The potential explosive possibilities are endless. Who knows where something like this could lead to?

Winning starts this year and on the heels of the Tabasco announcement, UL upsets UGA to open the season. There is something different about UL football this year. It is all coming together.
