Her 4 year old son, Ty'zell Williams, rode his bike often enough she felt it was okay for him to go out of her sight. Now Shauda Williams regrets letting her boy pedal just the few yards down the road-- because while riding in the neighborhood where everyone knew his name, he was struck by a car and died Saturday evening.
A 16 year old was behind the wheel and was injured when the car veered off the road. The teen is recovering and is likely not going to be charged with any wrong-doing.
KATC's Mike Magnoli reports from the scene of the tragic accident in Franklin.
