Good write up Josh. It seems that with every day of practice, Butler and Surgent both stake their claim further for more playing time ahead of several veteran players. We could easily see Miller and two freshmen as our top WR's this year. At the very least, these guys will be very good depth supporters who can make plays but it seems that they will be relied upon much more than some thought immediately.

Butler and Surgent still have a lot of work to do, according to coach Hudson. There's still stuff to the added from the playbook, and those guys in front of them are older. It's going to be an interesting battle, granted the older guys can get healthy.

I think by week 6 we will see both of these guys in the rotation. They will gain a lot of experience the first half of the season which will be a huge boost for the stretch run to get to 7 wins. With Butler and Surgents size we will have a scary red-zone package with L. Green in the mix as well.

The biggest question mark for this years squad is the offensive line play. We need to find a nasty streak along the OL and physically dominate teams like we use to do. Masson will have a huge year and our RBs will do well also if they get some blocking.
