you do need some help on the farm. but i don't know if this is the way to do it. bottom line, with the way this deal is structured requiring the astros to pay so much of oswalt's salary for the rest of this year and next, you basically paid the phillies $11 million for jay happ and a couple of prospects. i just don't know about this one. granted, he wanted out, and i guess that helped the decision.
His last few starts I don't even think he was trying. It looked to me like he had given up on the Astros, and was just giving in. He was horrid the past few weeks, he seemed to be able to turn it on and off. That is not the Roy O. that we all know. He wanted out bad...
