4. Rickey Bustle, Louisiana

The Ragin' Cajuns have been bowl eligible in four of the last five seasons (six wins each year), but not one bowl berth. UL fans have stayed on the Bustle bandwagon, hoping to finally break through with a postseason appearance. UL did share the 2005 Sun Belt title, and Bustle is well respected throughout the conference. He has a 28-28 Sun Belt mark and 38-56 overall record with the Cajuns. It could be a toss-up between No. 4 and 5. Give Bustle the edge because of a 5-2 record versus Arkansas State and a little more recent success.
