    Doesn’t say much for our counsel either - not being able to get this disposed of in a shorter period of time. I think coach toothpick has had several lawyers, none of which are know for being light houses of the law.

    That may be so, but you can't underestimate the power of playing the race card in today's society.

    How much money in Defense costs did we have to spend? Can't believe this was still going on, almost 20 years.

    Baldwin should have to pay back all UL's defense costs which won't happen.
    Anyone can sue anyone for anything.
    Tort Reform is a must. Lawyers are ruining this state.
