Dude was fired SEVENTEEN years ago. It's about dang time this crap is over.
There will be no appeal because there is no basis for appeal. And, someone who suggested Karl Bernard must be a good lawyer is correct. He's very good in a courtroom in front of a jury. But this wasn't a jury trial.
