I thought there had to be a basis for an appeal. Wonder what that would be. Notice Bernard used the word "considered" when discussing this. He did not use the word "definitely". Perhaps use of the phrase "would be considered" was an attempt to save face and not admit defeat in public. Maybe this long saga has finally ended.
