Anyone can sue anyone for anything.
Tort Reform is a must. Lawyers are ruining this state.

Yep. You know they’re going to appeal again. Cost the taxpayers even more money. You know his lawyers are probably doing this stuff pro-bono, so it ain’t costing him.

Either that, are he’ll pay the fees from the voucher money his sham school is taking.

Not surprising. That’s Steve Oats for ya! Should've got Gordon....

Gordon does not want this case. Gordon wants volume - settle and move on.

Not sure about this. Gordon is similar to Bloomberg. Bloomberg is a crappy candidate with lots of advertising money. Gordon is a similar type lawyer with lots of advertising money.

I think you're wrong on this one. I was pretty involved with all three trials. I don't see where our guys could have done much differently.

You have voiced that before. I’m not buying it. Political lawyers are rarely the best available counsel. That is what this is.

Fine. I should have known you know everything. Even without being around the courtroom. We all wish we were you.

Yes you are right. A sports caster vouching for a lawyer who got the representation through political donations and has yet to conclude a bad case that is over 17 years old. I think everything in this instance is very much in favor of your position.

Good to know that you, a man that is not a lawyer and has zero knowledge about what specifically went on inside the courtroom, somehow think you know better than an entire team of professional, experienced lawyers.

    What a effing genius.
