2010 Schedule Question

wait for it, the university has no control over the tv schedule. If they tell you your playing at 10 in the morning, your playing at 10 in the morning. Hopefully we can at least keep one of them at 6 but i have a feeling they will both be moved to 2:00.

Agreed, I am betting on 3 PM. Wish we would move our last home game to 2 PM.....

I'm feeling the same! We are going to have our pre-season tailgating on Fan Day, August 22nd! We have to work out the kinks for the new year!

I was just gonna ask about fan day. Is that date set. I was gonna go out of town that weekend for a friends BDay. Might have to come back early or convince everyone to stay in town.

Scrimmages are 8/14 and 8/21. Both currently scheduled for 8:30am

FAU announced a 6:00 CST kickoff time for our trip to Boca Raton on 11/13.

That sucks. I imagine that the opening home game against ASU will also be at 2:30. Much rather 6:00...

We do have some good news and that is that we only have 2 home games that conflict with LSU's schedule, unfortunately 1 is the game that I am planning on attending.

* Sept 25th we are home vs Middle and LSU is home vs WVa
November 20th we are home vs FIU and LSU is home vs Ole Miss

i can't wait for the day when some of our supposed "fans" are no longer tormented by the fact our cajuns play at home on the same day as the dreaded purple mess. not directed at you, only those whom i've mentioned. geaux cajuns!

A winning season and a bowl game would go a long way in correcting that.

And strong "loyal" fan support would go a long way toward that! I will never understand the fan that will support another school OVER supporting the scholl he/she went to. That applies to any fan - but that is just me.

Most of the schedule times are now finalized, except for the last few games. I think conferences are waiting to see what games to put on TV. So we might not find out until 1-3 weeks before what time these lase few games kickoff.

Reports suggest that the stAte game will be moved up, but I have seen nothing to prove this yet. Anyone have any details?
