Thread: Geaux Cajuns! Congratulations on 2003-04

  1. UL Basketball Geaux Cajuns! Congratulations on 2003-04

The last game was disapointing, "but hey" unless you don't see the post season -and finish with a win- or your the team that actually wins the national championship. . .

The last game of the year is always disapointing.

I am real proud of this team and I know that next year will be "Evan"s better.

This was the funnest team I have ever seen, it's just a shame that with success comes expectations.

    Nicely said Turbine!

Thanks to all the seniors for all the great times and best wishes to them in the future!

Lets look forward to next year when we make it two years in a row in the NCAA Tourney! We are due to win one.

I have had an awesome time following this team this year. I am SOOO proud of them and incredibly happy for them. I hope they feel the same about the season they've had. And I wish nothing but the absolute best for the graduating seniors. Cogratulations!!! We're gonna miss this Ragin' Cajun Basketball team. It's been fun.

    Oh and Brad...You rock.

Good point and I am one who really respects the NIT.

I think when all is said and done, at the end of the NIT, their final 4 are legit contending teams that could have done some damage in the tourny. I have respect for the NIT, I just dont follow basketball enough, but damn Im trien to get up to speed.

This was a fun team to watch this season. They have nothing to hang their heads about.
Who do you think will take over Boyd's place & become the team leader next season?

This was by my definition a very good team. A win would have made them excellant, and another outstanding. This team was fun to watch. Thank you for the hard work you all put in, we truly are happy that you all chose us to play for, and coach for.

Aaahhh...a subject close to my heart. As a huge fan of #3 I'd like to say that no one can replace him, but they do need someone to step up. Orien seems a little on the quiet side...Mitchell's the muscle...so I'll say Hamilton? Yeah...Hamilton. Maybe he'll be a good leader on the court.

But here's another question. Of the four graduating seniors...who do you all think is capable of playing at the next level?

Maybe Antoine with a long shot because of his sharp shooting. I don't see any of them in reality.

Maybe a minor league, then prove themselves and move up??

Which is totally respectable...to work your way up to the league. I would love to see some Ragin' Cajuns playin' with the big boys. I personally think that Brad has got the most potential.
