Guinns represent Jeff Davis Parish in Washington, D.C.
Daniel Guinn and Joel Guinn represented Jeff Davis 4-H at the Citizenship Washington Focus, a summer educational conference offered at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland held May 30th-June, 2010.
The confernce gave the youth the opportunity to explore, develop, and refine the civic engagement skills needed to be outstanding_leaders in their home communities and at the national level.
