The surface observations and satellite images indicate the Tropical Wave in the central Carebiean Sea has become more organized this evening. Pressure measured at the surface continue to fall also an increase in showers. High level winds overhead and in the path are becoming more conducive for development. There is a high chance of this system will become a Tropical Storm during the next 48 hours. I will have a complete update on all the new information at 10 on KATC. I will post to our website as possible.
