Lafayette, LA - Twenty-Four year old Trenton Roberts of New Iberia was arrested at 1:45 p.m. at 715 Park Avenue, New Iberia, LA. Roberts was found hiding in the attic and was taken into custody without incident. Roberts was Wanted by the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and by Louisiana Probation and Parole for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile). Roberts Probation Warrant was dated July 8, 2008 and the search for him heated up when Roberts got away from officers and US Marshals on Thursday, June 10th after he dove out of a window.
