    UL Football Chester Johnson

Hope you all had a great Easter Holiday!! Anyone know the status of RB Chester Johnson? I know there was some talk about him being possibly kicked off the team earlier this year, but I haven't heard his name mentioned as of late.

As far as I know, he's not been kicked off the team, other than he was academically ineligible in the spring. I don't know if he will be able to get back.

If he does come back, where does he fit in (if anywhere) on our depth chart. I think if the season started today, Lindon is your starter with LeVier backing him up. By half way through the season, I predict LeVier will be the starter.

We are in trouble if lindon is starting.

I am glad you are not the coach.

Johnson will fit in right where every one else does at the present. He was the leading rusher last year, but lost the opportunity to be the starter in the spring. Right now there is no clear starter. Concensus is Levier is the most likely to be starter at some point. It's no accident that Smothers was moved to receiver.

I didn't realize Abdule ran for 2,800 yards during junior and senior years at Port Barre.

You do realize that is combined yardage not each season. Still very impressive.
