_ Interesting Tony is mixing it up bringing Guillory in at DH and Poirrier back to 2B. Guess he sees something and at the same time, we haven't been getting as many clutch hits in the past few weeks. I have faith.

Poirrier got some good rips against Rice on Friday and appears to be swinging well again. Right-handed hitters are hitting only .173 (29-of-168) this season against Green, so it's a smart move to go with Guillory at DH and put Poirrier at 2B in place of the right-handed hitting Bostick. Robe had mentioned a few days ago that Poirrier would be good to play in the field if needed, so it shouldn't be too big of a shock.

Yeah, I'm not shocked at all. I was expecting Poirrier to be at 2nd today, but I'm a little surprised by Dillon's inclusion. He did hit alright against McNeese so maybe he's turned the corner.
