What are the chances that they'd still have tickets at the gate Friday.

When we are not playing Texas, you will do OK. You can always buy tickets from sellers/scalpers outside the park (even get a deal right at game time).
But if we are playing Texas, bring some extra cash. I shopped hard for some reserves seats in 2007 to see Texas-Texas A&M play the final weekend of the regular season. I was able to get 3 tickets for $110 (3rd base side, shallow outfield).
I do not think any Reserved tickets are available (not online) as season ticket holders have been buying their own seats for regionals since May 5th. But as I said, you can probably get some reserved seats from a scalper.
I would get GA now as a backup.

I don't want to buy a ticket package bc I can only make Friday and Saturday.

Is there a way to get general admission seats online for individual games?

I think we're gonna pray that they'll have tickets left for us to purchase at the gate on Friday.
ESPN will not be televising the Austin Regional as stated in this article.

I have up to four GA tickets for the Friday afternoon game if you want to use them (I will need to pick them up at will call). Note that the "GA" is section is the left field grass berm (it is actually nice if it is not too crowded). They are not seats. All "seats" in the stadium for this regional are considered reserved seats. There are also observation areas where you can stand and watch the game.
I went ahead and bought some reserved seats through a ticket broker for the Friday afternoon game.
