You think they're jumping off bridges in Austin right now just like some people here are? #1 UT could go 2 and BBQ in the big 12 tourney. Tied at 1 in the 5th against Texas Tech. Did they mail it in too??

bottom line is day 1 we didn't pitch well enough, day 2 we didn't hit well enough. Both days it kinda looked like we didn't have many good at bats and looked tierd which is somewhat understandable. Watching the webcast today looked like Zack struggled a little at the begining and then got better as the game went on. We did hit the ball but right at them and not with much authority either. Maybe comming back and getting rejuvinated is what this team needs in order to play again at a high level. I do know one thing, they not gonna pack it in.

UL will enter regional play as one of the poorest hitting teams in the field. UL will also enter the field as one of the best pitching teams in the field.

Luck and timing will take care of the outcome.

I just really want some people on my team that hit .350+, yknow?

Uh oh...looks like Texas has mailed it in!! Down 4-1 in the 8th to Texas Tech. Guess they should be worried going into the NCAA tournament! They'll probably go 2 and BBQ in the NCAA tournament also.....

Luck plays a role when a bunch of teams are so close in relative quality, like the Sun Belt is this year. Look at the RPI's. It's all bunched up in the Belt. We got some luck this week....all bad. Middle bounced us in 2007 at South AL too. Seems like Middle is our Top problem in the tournament.
