New Abbeville Parks and Recreation Director Jason O’Brien has a vision for recreation in the City.
He wants to bring back the “fun” in recreation.

On May 31, his first day on the job, he will begin trying to restore fun, along with other recreation programs in the city. His office will first be located in City Hall. In the middle of July, when A.A. Comeaux Youth leaves the office at the recreation center, he will move into that office.
