The Cajuns received a boost in the Adjusted RPI when Northwestern State knocked off SLU last night. With Northwestern State now ranked #73 in the Base RPI, this qualifies the Cajuns for an Adjusted RPI bonus of .0012 (which could be lost if the Demons lose tonight). The Cajuns are now just behind California (both are at .5711). Western Kentucky moved ahead of the Cajuns with the win over Middle and Florida Atlantic fell behind the Cajuns with the loss to Florida International.

The Cajuns are also now 14-12 vs. the Base RPI Top 75.

Examining potential Base RPI Top 50 opponents ... FIU is #57, Middle is #60, USM is #70.

Arkansas State is on the verge of falling out of the Base RPI Top 100 (good for the Cajuns). ASU is #91. Tulane is #86.
