Crimson Skies is both fun and disturbing, it has a few interesting twists.

The disturbing part is the first opponents, they are the "Ragin' Cajuns," Perhaps Authement is owed money on this, perhaps he has already been paid?

The part I like is a "Turbine" engine is an integral part of the plot.

Basically it is a shoot-em-up flying game with no blood, the opponents all parachute down.

The thing is it seems to take place in sort of an alternative time line. Zeppelins and Blimps rule the air, and sky piracy is abundant.

Your character (the hero) is a rogue pirate himself, his name is Nathan Zachary. You can earn money and tokens to upgrade the many planes you can earn during the game by making certain runs.
