CROWLEY - A hearing on the state’s motion to introduce evidence of alleged previous crimes by Daniel Prince in his double-murder trial was delayed Monday.
Judge Kristian Earles of the 15th Judicial District re-scheduled the hearing for 10 a.m. Thursday, May 20.
Prince, 34, is accused of the January 2005 killings of Jackie Campbell and Angie Motte.
He allegedly murdered them at their Branch home and is set for trial in August.
The case is a victims’ rights case and family members of each victim were in Earles’ courtroom for the scheduled hearing Monday.
