A grand jury charged Abbeville’ s Peter Marcus Hughes, 22, along with Kentrell F. Johnson, 39, and Quentin M. Truehill, 23, with first-degree murder in the death of Vincent Binder, the 29-year-old student whose body was found in an open field near Interstate 95 and Florida 16 on April 28.
They were also indicted on charges of kidnapping to facilitate a felony.
