What do youthink of helmets with stripes?

I would like to say that the helmet looks great. I don't really care for the helmets they have now!

One thing that I believe that would make it look better would be a white face mask and not outline the stripe in black. But I know face mask cost and it would be cheaper just to change the sticker. Also if the stripe in the front would come down more, but I like the way it tappers down.

It has an old time classic look of toughness.
Is this something that will happen are is it wishful thinking?

Already done back in the late 1980's-early '90's(I believe). If you look in the avatars section of this website, I believe Turbine still has a picture of that helmet in there.

I guess that I don't explain myself properly, I was still talking about the new helmet. The small ragin' cajun on the back. Not just Cajuns on the side of the helmet. I like the Big U with Louisiana inside it, but with "Cajuns" on the back.

Whenever I talk to people about the school's athletic teams I always use the term "The Cajuns" I never use the term "The Ragin' Cajuns".

I understand what you're saying now. Sorry for the mixup! To me, if you're going to have LOUISIANA across the front of the helmet, it would look better to have RAGIN' CAJUNS on the back. JMO.

turbine I like the helmet but like others I think it needs a black outline, just my thought. I like the stripe. Also the Louisiana on the front of the helmet would be better suited with a diffrent type face. I have Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator at home would you mind if I played with your helmet design and email you my results?

Hey, Turbine. I noticed at the Houston game that the press pass certain people were wearing had your logo on it. Is this thing already "official"?

Could someone try an interlocking UL with the state of Louisiana shaded on the L? One, if gives us the UL that we want. Two, the state of Louisiana shaded ties us further into the name Louisiana. And, three, the state of Louisiana shaded is also the shape of an "L" which covers the name police with a ULL reference. However, to the viewer, it is simply UL. Keep the Ragin Cajuns on the back and Louisiana on the front.

Also, Coach Bustle wants new uniforms this year. I think the best looking one I saw this year is Southern Cal's white jersey with the red trim. That would look great with white or red pants with a stripe on the side that matches the stripe on the helmet. Any body have a color photo of the USC white jersey they can post?
