BATON ROUGE - A Mamou man was killed today in a motorcycle crash on the Mississippi River bridge, a Baton Rouge police spokesman said in a news release to the Baton Rouge Advocate on Tuesday.


Feryl Granger, 62, of 1916 James Ortego Lane, Mamou, died at about 8 a.m. at the scene of the crash, which was in the eastbound center lane of Interstate 10, Sgt. Don Kelly said in the release.
