Volleyball 2009-10 ???

We've been trying to contact Dr. S through emails and phone calls. He has yet to return any of them. If anyone knows any other way to talk to him, please let me know.

Other than the obvious multiple early departures from the program over the last 2 years I don't know a thing about what happened or what caused the attrition.

It does cast further doubt on the reasons once given for keeping Coach Lee though. I guess different programs different solutions.

Turbine -

I was told the same thing was being done with an asst. basketball coach at ULM.

They are facing serious APR problems from Coach Early,and their new coach will face practice time sanctions.

No, I don't think it does.

volleyball will not suffer APR wise because of the GPA of the student athletes involved.

You aren't penalized if they're 3.0 or above.

I am wondering if we should check with the rest of the UL coaches to find out if it is alright for them to show dirty pictures of themselves to players and staff? THis makes me sick that they feel they can sweep this under the rug. I was discusted by the pictures I saw.

WHAT are you talking about. I read the threads prior to this......So am I missing something? What are you talking about with Dirty Pictures??? What the hell is going on with this comment, and UL volleyball?

I only say this because it seems like when contact attempts have been made, its been via email. If there is something as serious as what seems to be going on, I'd be making every attempt to actually meet face to face with either of them. Actually, you could call their secretary and set the appt. through her. They tend to have an open door policy and I'm sure would be interested to hearing your issues.

Most of us don't know many details, certainly no more than what have been discussed in this thread. That is what has been in question by many of us. When you find out, let me know.

The Team and other coaches have meet with Walker and Farmer and the only thing that happened was that scholarships were pulled and assistant coaches were terminated. We have sent e-mails and lettersto the President of the University and still nothing. Everyone has contacted Scot Farmer and David Walker both via e-mail and face to face, they have done nothing!
