It smacks of arrogance... in the sense of "I know better than all of you"... well if you do then share... if you feel your position would be compromised.. then dont say anything... but dont act so superior to those of us who are concerned... even if that concern is unfounded...........

I certainly hope there is no "censorship" going on. I have in the past experienced a few "technical difficulties" WRT the last page of a thread not showing up, or "not existing". I suspect if there was censorship going on the entire thread would be removed. If something is seriously wrong, and it sure looks like it, this is an appropriate place to discuss it; but ultimately Dr S needs to get involved. No one wants to see student athletes treated this way; regardless of what university it is. Maybe it is time for some good investigative journalism.

We've been trying to contact Dr. S through emails and phone calls. He has yet to return any of them. If anyone knows any other way to talk to him, please let me know.

Other than the obvious multiple early departures from the program over the last 2 years I don't know a thing about what happened or what caused the attrition.

It does cast further doubt on the reasons once given for keeping Coach Lee though. I guess different programs different solutions.

Turbine -

I was told the same thing was being done with an asst. basketball coach at ULM.

They are facing serious APR problems from Coach Early,and their new coach will face practice time sanctions.

No, I don't think it does.

volleyball will not suffer APR wise because of the GPA of the student athletes involved.

You aren't penalized if they're 3.0 or above.

Well, it has been three weeks since I sent an e-mail to administration and no reply. I am wondering if we should check with the rest of the UL coaches to find out if it is alright for them to show dirty pictures of themselves to players and staff? THis makes me sick that they feel they can sweep this under the rug. I was discusted by the pictures I saw.
