St. Mary Parish Narcotics Arrest Log - May 3, 2010:
Justin Dugas 19 yoa of 7915 Hwy 14, New Iberia was arrested on 4-30-2010 at 3:56 pm for Possession of a Legend Drug without a Prescription. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling the Baldwin area, when they observed vehicle fail to use signal and conducted a traffic stop on MLK. During investigation suspect a passenger in the vehicle was removed with Agent conducting an investigation with him. During investigation it was learned that suspect had two Flexeril pills on his person. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Quang Tran 29 yoa of 105 East 18th St., Cut Off, La. was arrested on 5-2-2010 at 7:17 pm for Possession of Cocaine. Agent of the Narcotics Task Force was patrolling the Amelia area, when he went to
Lake Palourde Road
to assist Deputy with a traffic stop. During investigation a plastic bag containing powder cocaine was located in the glove compartment. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $3500.00 bond and was later released.
