Very big series for both teams, maybe more for North Texas than us. Barring a complete collapse on our part, our at-large bid status is fairly safe. UNT, on the other hand, has some work to do to feel comfortable about receiving an at-large bid if they don't win the conference tournament. Beating us will gain them rpi bonus points that they will need. It's big for the Cajuns from the standpoint that we have not clenched the #1 seed for the conference tournament and both FIU & UNT are playing very well right now. I don't relish having to beat both of those teams, as well as they are playing, so we need to take at least two of these games so we can stay ahead of FIU going into the final weekend.
