Once again, Acadiana will be well represented in the Kentucky Derby with three jockeys from the area taking part in Saturday's Derby.
Last year's Derby winning jockey from St. Martin Parish Calvin Borel will start in the fourth position on Super Saver with 15-1 odds.
Maurice's Kent Desormeaux and Paddy O'Prado has been installed with 20-1 odds and will start from the 10th position.
Robby Albarado has the long shot with 50-1 odds on Dean's Kitten and will start in the eighth position.
Lookin at Lucky is the favorite to win the Kentucky Derby at 3-1.
