You are very welcome. Part of the goal is to create a logo that can be seen (and recognized) from VERY far away.

The small graphic above only takes up 7x7 pixels. No stadium or TV would present a helment that far away, so opponents, media and fans will always see "University of Louisiana"

ps to answer a potential caveat, this design is 100% legal.

Not just the L they will think it stands for Lafayette.

I say we put a big UL on it with the L coming from the middle of the U.

Put Cajuns or Louisiana on the front of our jerseys.

Hey, Turbine. Seems to me we need a universal logo for all athletics that would fit the helmet.

I think we went through this a couple of years ago, and we already have the logos to put on the helmet.

#1 The UL with the lafayette in small script letters at the bottom. This would be my choice for the helmet. All the other sports use it. It is on the baseball unis. White UL letters with laff. in black at the bottom on the red helmet. NOBODY will be able to see anything but a BIG UL. Just like the end zones.

#2 Hot wheels logo. Again, this is used for lots of things. It does have a nice look to it on a helmet.

These logos are already associated with our great alma mater. They are legal. We would not be ripping off another school.

The logo's pretty neat but I just wish the U was connected together instead of split at the bottom.

Yeah, why NOT connect the U?? I don't think it would diminish the appearance of it at all.
