CROWLEY — The first annual Rice Capital Championship Gumbo Cook-Off will be held Jan. 11, at the Acadia Parish Rice Arena located at 159 Cherokee Road.

Louisiana's baseball team will be available for autographs. This year’s live bands scheduled are the Andy Smith Band and Jamie Bergeron and the Kick’n Cajuns.
