Kaplan - A tale of two cities... Hannut and Kaplan
After being in Kaplan for almost two weeks, 49 Belgian visitors returned home.
Their original plans were to stay for a week, however, a volcano in Iceland forced them to stay for an additional five days. But, they have all made it home safely.
Before leaving, Jules Bernard, visited the Kaplan Herald. During this time, Jules discussed similarities and differences between the twin cities.
A native of Hannut, Belgium, he has traveled to Kaplan six times. Each visit, he has stayed with Richard Leblanc.
